District Duplicating Center Operator/Printer
District Print Shop Operator. Salary based on experience Fulltime - Available 1/15/2025
- Duplicate all printed materials as requested by the District - Develop the most cost-efficient manner to fulfill job requests - Implement new Printing Options as directed - Manage Digital Store Front (DSF), to facilitate all Print Shop Requests a) Review all requests for completeness and proper pricing/amend as necessary b) Timely processing of electronically submitted requests c) Effective online record keeping of all jobs d) Monitoring of cost fluctuations and adjusting pricing accordingly e) Prepare Monthly Billing statements - Ordering of all pertinent supplies - Placing and follow-up on Service Calls - Operate all necessary auxiliary equipment (Current list subject to expansion) a) Paper cutter b) Binding machine
c) Folding Machine d) Padder (for glue required Jobs)
- Coordinate Print Shop staff (Reviews at the District Level) - Coordinate daily deliveries with District Courier - Perform District Scanning for Record Retention - Verifying deliveries, breaking down of orders, and systematic record-keeping - Dell Workstation operation, scanning, and networking - High-Speed copier operation - Xante Color printer operation - Perform all duties as assigned by District Supervisor - Hours (8:00 AM -4:00 PM Mon thru Friday) - Ability to work in a minimally supervised environment
