Spring Musical Assistant Choreographer
Total Compensation: $1,200
Spring Musical Schedule: December 1, 2024- March 31, 2025
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience working with middle school to high school aged students in a theatrical setting
- Strong ability and willingness to teach and mentor high school aged students who are interested in theatrical production
- Experience with a variety of dance styles, choreography, and theatrical staging
- Strong skills in rhythm and musicality
- Knowledgeable in theatrical and dance terminology and methodologies
- Ability to work with the Choreographer to create and teach dance and movement that reflect the style and concept of the production
- Ability to run rehearsals and breakout rehearsals without the Choreographer present
- Strong memorization skills
- Schedule to be discussed with Choreographer and Production Manager
- Must be available for designer run, technical rehearsals, and some performances outside of the rehearsal schedule
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the position
- Including but not limited to moving scenery, jumping, dancing, crawling, and lifting
