- Appropriate certification or Masters Degree in Social Work required

- Experience required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills required

- Must be able to meet the physical and sensory demands of the position

- Strong organizational skills required

- Experience in youth programs and knowledge of agencies preferred

- Strong clinical skills preferred

- Experience and/or exceptional motivation in providing services to at risk

   students required
