DISTRICT - INSTRUCTIONAL READING COACH POSITION
Position: District - Instructional Reading Coach Position (3-5)
Status: Full time
Location: Housed @ Garrettford
Available: 2020-2021 school year
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Reading Specialist Certification preferred; Principal certification recommended; or enrolled in a certified leadership program.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills and effective organizational skills
- Must have experience with a multi-cultural environment
- Must have concrete knowledge of instructional initiatives used in Upper Darby
- School District and data driven instruction leadership skills
- Must have strong background in engaging both parent and community involvement in the school
- Strong written/oral communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Must possess all administrative skills necessary to perform the duties as outlined in the position description
- Must be able to meet the physical/sensory demands of this position.
