INSTRUCTIONAL COACH POSITION

Position:        Instructional Coach Positions     2 - ELA  / 1 - Math                   

Status:           Full time                                            

Location:        District                                              

Available:      Immediately

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:                           

• Recomended but not required Principal certification; or be in a certified leadership program; or be in a Reading Specialist program
• Must demonstrate leadership skills and effective organizational skills
• Must have experience with a multi-cultural environment
• Must have concrete knowledge of instructional initiatives used in Upper Darby
• School District and data driven instruction leadership skills
• Must have strong background in engaging both parent and community involvement in the school
• Strong written/oral communication skills required
• Strong organizational skills required
• Must possess all administrative skills necessary to perform the duties as outlined in the position description
• Must be able to meet the physical/sensory demands of this position.
