HVAC Technician Class IV- full time, permanent position.

Available immediately.

1. Installation and repair of HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components
2. Installation of HVAC duct work including flexible duct lines and sheet metal construction
3. Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including electronic and mechanical components
4. Install or repair fuel, water and refrigeration lines
5. Ability to reclaim and recycle CFC and HCFC following the EPA 608 guidelines
6. Ability to install or repaid HVAC system automation component for Metasys
7. Certified and specializes in Metasys Systems required
8. Ability to read and understand blueprints and as-builts for building automation
9. Background in boilers preferred
10. Must be able to meet the physical/sensory demands of the position
    1. Examples include but not limited to:
       1. Working in varying climate conditions
       2. Working on roof tops
       3. Utilizing straight ladders and pull ropes
